I bought this bag in purple, which came in exactly the same colour as depicted in the pictures provided by Amazon. The only discrepancy, to me, was the quality of the leather. It's sueded, which is fine, but it just doesn't feel all that substantial - especially when priced at $398. Thankfully, I bought this bag on sale for about $120 - but even for this price, the leather just doesn't quite hold up to my expectations. On the plus side, it's rather light. So once it's full of personal items, the bag itself does not contribute much to the overall weight.
I'm a huge advocate of cross-body bags to enable hands-free activities, and the design really does add to that practicality. I was surprised to discover that it actually has 2 large divisions inside; the one in the back is slightly smaller than the main compartment. The easy-zip front pockets are roomy enough for small-medium sized objects like touch-up makeup, pack of tissues, gum, keys, etc. I love the organization of this bag. I just wish the leather was richer to the touch and feel. The sueded texture makes the colour look a bit 'dusty'.
It says it's a shoulder bag, but you can use it as a cross-body bag if you adjust the buckle on each side of the strap. I am 5'4", so when the buckle is adjusted to the last hole, it is at the perfect drop length for me. The top of the bag hits right at my hips. Overall, I am happy with the bag.
